SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. For the second-straight season, sophomore Amy Regan took home the individual title at the Empire 8 Conference Championship at Saratoga Springs State Park on Saturday for the Stevens Institute of Technology women's cross country team. Stevens finished as the runner-up at the meet for its highest team finish ever in the conference meet.
